Terms & conditions
The bits we all agree to so every party runs safely and smoothly.
Payment & deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm and secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due on the day of delivery, before setup is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations & changes
If you cancel, the 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur the full hire fee. Date changes are subject to availability — contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Weather policy
For everyone's safety, inflatables cannot be operated in high winds (we follow manufacturer guidance, typically winds above ~25 km/h) or in heavy or persistent rain. If unsafe weather is forecast, we will contact you to reschedule or cancel. Where we cancel for safety reasons, we will offer a reschedule or credit. We reserve the right to refuse or halt setup if conditions are unsafe.
Supervision
A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times while in use. Children must be grouped by similar age and size. No food, drink, shoes, sharp objects, glasses, silly string, face paint or pets on the castle. No somersaults, rough play or climbing on the walls.
Age, weight & user limits
Each castle has maximum user numbers and weight limits as advised at setup; these must not be exceeded. Castles are intended for children unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Site, surface, space & power
The setup area must be a flat, clear, grassed area (or as agreed) free of rocks, debris, pet mess and overhead hazards, with adequate clearance on all sides. Access must be clear for delivery. A working power outlet must be available within reasonable reach of the setup area (or generator arranged in advance). The hirer is responsible for confirming the space and surface are suitable before delivery.
Liability & indemnity
The inflatable is hired entirely at the hirer's own risk. While our equipment is set up safely, securely anchored and fully insured, the hirer is responsible for supervising use and following all safety instructions. To the extent permitted by law, Little Legends Party Hire is not liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from misuse, failure to supervise, or failure to follow the safety rules. The hirer agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from their use of the equipment.
Damage & cleaning
Please return the castle in the condition it arrived. Normal use is expected and fine. The hirer is responsible for any damage caused by misuse, and for excessive soiling — a cleaning fee may apply where a castle is returned heavily soiled (e.g. food, mud, or other mess beyond normal use). We clean and sanitise every castle between hires.
Acceptance
By paying the deposit and accepting delivery, the hirer agrees to these terms.
